The effect of current density on electroplating titanium in molten NaCl KCl was studied, and a comparison made of the different between the effects of direct current and pulse current in molten salt electroplating. The new technique of pulse current molten salt electroplating and its improvement of e the diffusion limited process was studied. A good Ti coating has been obtained on the surface of metal substrate.
