    摘要:

    研究了采用CaO坩埚真空感应熔炼镍基高温合金过程中脱氢与脱硫行为,发现只用CaO坩埚不能脱硫;结合坩埚壁的XRD分析结果讨论了CaO坩埚脱硫机理,加Al对脱氮有促进作用,对脱硫具有重要作用,加Ti对脱氮有明显不利影响,提高熔炼时真空度是促进脱氮的有力措施。

    Abstract:

    The denitrogenation and desulphurization behavior during refining Ni-base superalloy in VIM by using CaO crucible was studied.It was found that the desulphurization process did not occur by only using Ca O crucible.Combining with the resul ts of XRD analysis,the desulphurization mechanism of CaO c rucible was proposed.The Al additio n had beneficial effect,and played a very important role on desulphurization.And the Ti addition had adverse effect on denitrogenation.It was a powerful measure to increase vacuum level for the denitrogenation process.
