    摘要:

    采用熔滴涂覆法,在AZ91表面制备了与基体冶金结合、且与涂覆原料性能相近的Al涂层。分析了涂覆界面附近区域的显微组织形貌、相结构及化学成分,并对显微硬度和耐蚀性进行了测试。结果表明,在熔滴涂覆过程中,Mg和Al元素发生了一定程度的扩散,但富Mg液相和富Al液相混溶的过程被限制在一个薄层区域内进行,所得Al涂层的化学成分、显微硬度及耐蚀性均与涂覆原料相近。这个结果说明,通过熔滴涂覆技术,可以制备成分可控的涂层,为利用现有耐蚀耐磨材料进行镁合金的表面防护提供了可能性。

    Abstract:

    Al coating, which has similar properties to droplet metal and metallurgical bonding with the substrate, was prepared on AZ91 alloy surface by droplet coating treatment. The microstructure, phase structure and composition of the area near the coating interface were analyzed. The microhardness and corrosion resistance of the coating were also tested. The results show that the element diffusion takes place between Mg and Al during the droplet coating process, but the process of mixing Mg-rich and Al-rich liquids is limited within a thin layer. The composition, microhardness and corrosion resistance of the prepared coating are similar to those of droplet metal Al. The results demonstrate that droplet coating which can prepare the composition-controllable coating is a promising way for magnesium surface protection by the available corrosion resistant materials.
