    摘要:

    为了控制TC4薄板焊接件的失稳变形,采用了随焊冲击旋转挤压工艺。研究了此工艺对焊缝组织及接头性能的影响。对所获得的焊接接头进行了微观组织观察、维氏硬度测量和拉伸试验。结果表明:随焊冲击旋转挤压在控制焊接失稳变形的基础上,使承受冲击旋转挤压部位的硬度下降,未发生应变硬化的现象。而冲击旋转挤压前后的组织变化不明显。

    Abstract:

    Welding with impacting rotation compression was applied to control the TC4 thin plate buckling for the weld uneven heating. Influences of the welding on the weldment microstructure and joint properties were studied. Metallographic observation, Vickers hardness measurement and tensile tests of the joints were carried out. The result shows that based on the controlling of the buckling phenomena of TC4 thin plate weldment, the welding with impacting rotation compression decreases the hardness of the compressed part, the strain hardening does not occur, and the microstructures before and after impacting rotation compression are similar.
