    本文首先以AlO2-为铝源,采用三元共沉淀法制备前驱体Ni0.8Co0.15Al0.05(OH)2。对前驱体进行500℃高温处理,随后与过量的锂盐混合均匀,在氧气气氛下700℃煅烧12h制得LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2(NCA)材料。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)测试可知所得的NCA材料呈典型的α-NaFeO2层状结构,属于R-3m空间点群。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试显示NCA呈5~6 μm的球状颗粒。材料在电流倍率为0.1C下首次放电容量为167.1 mAh/g,循环200圈以后容量保持率为96.2%。倍率测试表明,0.1C、10C下NCA的容量分别为184.0 mAh/g、112.7 mAh/g,到恢复到0.1C时,容量仍可达179.7 mAh/g,具有比较好的倍率性能。

    Abstract:

    In this article, the Ni0.8Co0.15Al0.05(OH)2 precursor was prepared by co-precipitation method, which AlO2- as Al source used. The precursor was processed at 500 oC, followed by mixing with excess LiOH?H2O and calcined at 700 oC for 12h under O2 atmosphere. Finally, LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2(NCA) materials have been synthesized. X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the NCA material is a typical α-NaFeO2 layered structure and belongs to the R-3m space group. According to scanning electron microscopy (SEM), they were uniform spheroidal particles with 5~6 μm diameters. The results of electrochemical tests showed that the first discharge capacity of NCA is 167.1 mAh/g at 0.1C rate, and the capacity retention rate is 96.2% after 200 cycles. Rate capacity test indicated that its capacity at 0.1C and 10C is 184.0 mAh/g, 112.7 mAh/g, respectively. When restored to 0.1C, the capacity can reach 179.7 mAh/g, and has a good rate performance.
