    摘要:

    铁基纳米晶软磁合金因其独特的非晶/纳米晶双相结构而具有高饱和磁感和高磁导率,表现出优异的软磁性能,它的开发是软磁合金研究的一大突破性进展。本文以铁基纳米晶软磁合金的开发制备-结构-性能机理之间的关系为主线,首先回顾了铁基软磁合金的研究历程和具有代表性的铁基纳米晶软磁合金的开发研究过程及其主要性能指标,随后介绍了铁基纳米晶软磁合金的几种主要的晶化机理模型、软磁机理和耐腐蚀性能研究进展,最后对铁基纳米晶软磁合金在电力、电子信息领域的未来开发与应用进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    Due to the unique amorphous/nanocrystal dual-phase structure, Fe-based nanocrystaliine alloys have excellent soft magnetic properties, which are profound progress in the development of soft magnetic materials. In this paper, the development and research history of the Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys are reviewed. The development and properties of the typical Fe-based nanocrystallne alloys are introduced,and the nanocrystallization mechanism, the soft magnetic mechanism and the corrosion resistant properties of Fe-based nanocrystalline alloys are depicted. At the end, the application and prospect of the Fe-based nanocrystalline alloys in the power and electronic information are proposed. The major objective of this paper is to provide some helps for the material researchers in designing and developing of new Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy and other advanced functional materials.
