    本工作研究了TiO2在瞬时高温高压的气相爆炸反应过程中的纳米颗粒生长特性。采用计算流体动力学模拟了气体爆炸在爆轰管内的火焰传播过程和温度-时间历程关系,并将其引入颗粒生长模型,通过试验对该模型进行修正。结果表明,在气相爆轰反应中,反应温度和时间是影响其颗粒生长的主要因素,提出了粒径修正系数k对经典的颗粒生长模型进行改进,改进后的数值模型可以较精确预测TiO2纳米颗粒的生长特性,这为TiO2纳米颗粒的可控合成提供了有效的理论支持。

    Abstract:

    This research investigated the growth characteristics of TiO2 nanoparticles in the instantaneous high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous detonation reaction. Computational fluid dynamics was used to simulate the flame propagation process and the temperature-time relationship of the gas explosion in the detonation tube, and it was introduced into the particle growth model. The model was modified through experiments. The results show that the reaction temperature and time are the main factors affecting the particle growth in the gaseous detonation reaction. A particle size correction coefficient k is proposed to improve the classical particle growth model. The improved numerical model can accurately predict the growth characteristics of TiO2 nanoparticles, which provides effective theoretical support for the controllable synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles.
