    摘要:

    一台已建成的真空管道高温超导侧挂悬浮旋转运动系统,其两条永磁轨道分别具有单峰磁结构。在悬浮间隙为6mm时,该系统磁悬浮车在真空管道内可以达到80Km/h以上。本文讨论了进一步增加磁浮车运行速度而不显著改变系统结构的方法。将系统中两根平行永磁轨道合并成一个具有三峰磁结构的永磁轨道可以显著增加系统的悬浮力。由此可能明显提高系统最大运行速度。然而,由于磁浮车质量也随之增大,并抵消掉悬浮力增大带来的效应。综合评估两方面效应,结果表明三峰轨道结构比单峰结构支持系统更高的运行速度。并且,对于三峰磁结构轨道而言,系统最大运行速度随超导块数量的增加而增大。当布置18列超导块时,三峰结构磁轨支持磁浮车运行速度比单峰磁轨结构快8.2%。

    Abstract:

    A well-established side-suspended maglev rotating system possesses two permanent magnet guidways (PMGs) with unimodal magnetic field for every one of them. The maglev vehicle of the system can reach a speed over 80 Km/h at the suspending gap of 6 mm in an evacuated circular tube. A way to increase the maximum speed of the system without changing the whole structure greatly is discussed. Putting the two parallel PMGs together to form a single PMG with trimodal magnetic field will obviously increase levitation force of the system. This will be possible to increase the maximum speed of the system. However the mass of vehicle will increase at the same time to contract the effect of the increase of levitation force. Evaluating the effects of them generally indicates that the trimodal structure PMG (TMG) can support higher speed than that of the unimodal structure PMG (UMG). Otherwise, maximum speed for TMG augments with the increase of the number of bulks. When the number of columns of bulks is 17, the speed for TMG is 8.2 percent larger than that for UMG.
