    摘要:

    本研究选用的响应曲面回归分析法是可以灵活地选用观测样本,并且根据实际选择响应曲面方程,利用最小二乘法估计相应的系数,剔除最不显著因素,建立最终的数学方程。将此方法应用于纳米TiO2/UPR(不饱和聚酯树脂)复合材料的研究中,可以弥补正交优选的不足,并取得了很好的,表明了响应曲面回归分析法是目前材料研究中先进的数学分析方法。

    Abstract:

    By the response curved surface technique (First, in line with actually chosen response curved surface regression and then in terms of the corresponding coefficient estimated by the least square method),it is possible to get the initial response curved surface regression equation. Based on the magnitude of the significance inspection value, the less significant variable of the coefficient can be eliminated by the lease square estimation ,the final curved surfac equation is established. In this paper, the response curved regression is chosen for making up for the deficiency of the orthogonal experiments in the research of the nanometer size TiO 2/UPR(Unsaturated Polyester Resins) composite. The results show that the response curved surface regression analysis technique is a good mathematics analysis method in the materials research.
