    摘要:

    通过对电弧离子镀厚金膜工艺过渡层的深入研究,得出了采用离子轰击清洗、Ni-Cu过渡层和镀膜室内热处理是离子镀厚金膜的工艺路线,通过一次装炉实现了制备Ni-Cu过渡层、沉积金膜、热处理和金膜增厚等工序一次完成。经过现场实验,摩擦副的往复运动次数在运动速度2.5m/s时超过120次,完全满足要求。

    Abstract:

    A technology of Au thick film by ion plating have been worked out according to the investigation of the transition coating of Au thick film by ion plating. The technology consists of several steps including ionic cleaning of sample surface, plating of Ni Cu transition coating and heat treatment in the chamber etc. All steps can be realized by once charging. The results of test run show that number of reciprocating movement of the friction surfaces reached 120 times at the speed of 2.5 m/s, which meet requirement completely.
