    摘要:

    研究了HF溶液预处理工艺对ZrCr0.7Ni1.3合金电化学性能的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:在HF溶液处理过程中,合金组成相之间的微电池腐蚀效应促进了裂纹萌生,扩展和比表面积的增大,从而改善了合金的电化学性能。合金表面形貌和成分变化等因素对合金电化学性能的提高有重要作用。

    Abstract:

    The influences of the 1%HF solution pretreatment on electrochemical properties of ZrCr0.7Ni1.3 were investigated.The results show that creak initiation and propagation and the increase of the specific surface area were accelerated due to the effect of the microcell corrosion during the HF pre treating,therefore the electrochemical properties of the alloy were improved. The changes of surface morphology and composition of the alloy resulting from the HF pre treatment are responsible for the improvement in the electrochemical properties of the alloy.
