    以硝酸锌、碳酸铵为原料,采用均匀沉淀法制备了ZnO纳米粉体,借助Zeta电位仪、IR图谱、XRD及SEM等测试手段,研究了ZnO纳米粉体合成过程中的团聚体状态。结果表明:选择合适的沉淀条件,在沉淀过程中引入适宜的表面活性剂,可增强粉体表面的静电位阻效应,避免干燥和煅烧过程中形成硬团聚体,从而改善粉体的分散性。在碳酸铵:硝酸锌为3:1的摩尔比所得ZnO粉体晶粒小于20nm,二次粒径小于80nm。

    Abstract:

    Nano-ZnO powder was prepared by using Zn(NO3)2 and (NH4)2CO3 as starting materials. The aggregation of nano-ZnO powder particles was studied by the Zeta potential system, infrared absorption spectra, XRD and SEM. The results showed that a suitable dispersant added to the ZnO precursor could increase the static potential of nano-ZnO powder, which would restrain aggregation of the precursor during the drying and calcining process. In this way, the dispersed state of the ZnO nano-powder is improved. The particle size of prepared ZnO powder is less than 20 nm. Secondary particle size is less than 80 nm.
