    摘要:

    研究了加入不同量的Sc对AZ91镁合金微观组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响.利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析了合金的微观组织,并利用电化学分析技术分析了合金的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明,在0.18%~0.57%范围内随着Sc含量的增加,合金的微观组织不断细化,且合金的耐腐蚀性能得到提高,虽然合金的腐蚀电位变化不大,但合金的腐蚀电流密度变化显著,当Sc的加入量为0.39%时,电流密度最小.

    Abstract:

    The microstructure and corrosion resistant property of AZ91 magnesium alloy with different additions of Sc were investigated The microstructures were observed by OM and SEM, and the corrosion properties were studied by electrochemical technique. The results show that with the increase of Sc content in the range from 0.18%-0.57%, the alloy microstructures are fined continuously, and the corrosion resistance of the alloy is improved. Although the change of the corrosion voltage is not big, the corrosion current density increases obviously. When Sc content is 0.39%, the minimum current density appears.
