    采用微弧氧化技术,以β-甘油磷酸钠和乙酸钙混合溶液为电解液,在固定正向电压(450 V)和氧化时间(5 min)等参数情况下,研究了负向电压对纯钛表面微弧氧化膜层的相组成和形貌的影响规律。结果表明:负向电压为100~200 V时,微弧氧化膜层较均匀,膜层由二氧化钛和磷酸三钙组成;负向电压升至300 V,膜层表面被严重烧蚀,其主要物相为钛酸钙。

    Abstract:

    The composite coatings on commercially pure titanium substrate were prepared by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) in electrolytic solution containing calcium acetate and β-glycerol phosphate disodium salt pentahydrate (β-GP) adopting the fixed anode voltage of 450 V and the oxidizing time of 5 min. The effects of cathode voltage on phase and composition morphology of MAO films were investigated. The results show that: the surface of MAO films are uniform and the components of the films are composed of TiO2 and Ca3 (PO4)2 while cathode voltage varies from 100 V to 200 V. When cathode voltage is 300 V, the surface of the MAO films are destroyed and the predominant component is CaTiO3.
