    摘要:

    对U-5.7Nb合金试样进行了190 ℃人工等温时效,时效时间从1 h到16 h。对比并讨论了X射线衍射数据,给出了由于时效诱导的结构变化,包括晶格参数、晶格应变及Nb在基体中的残留量。结果表明,190 ℃下时效2 h,U-5.7Nb合金内部出现了调幅分解,随着时效时间延长,观察到γ0相生成

    Abstract:

    U-5.7Nb alloy specimens were artificially aged by isothermal treatments at 190 °C for 1 to 16 h. X-ray diffraction data were collected and discussed. Aging-induced changes in the structure, including lattice parameters, lattice strains and residual niobium in solution, were given. The results show that spinodal decomposition takes place in the U-5.7Nb alloy after aging at 190 °C for 2 h, and further aging causes formation of γ0 phase
