    摘要:

    针对火花等离子体放电法制得粉末中的氧含量高的现状,对高温合金粉末的还原过程进行了探索性研究。结果表明:火花等离子体放电法制得的氧含量较高的镍基高温合金粉末使用CaH2作为脱氧剂,在常压氩气保护下550 ℃的低温下即可将原始粉末中的氧含量由9.26%(质量分数, 下同)降至1.52%,最终粉末中的氧含量主要取决于CaO的去除情况

    Abstract:

    Due to the high oxygen content of the superalloy powder produced by a novel Spark Plasma Discharge Process, the reduction process of superalloy powder was studied exploringly. Results show that under the protection of argon by atmospheric pressure at 550 oC and with CaH2 as its deoxidizer, the oxygen content of the Ni-based superalloy powder prepared by the novel method is decreased from 9.26% to 1.52%, and the final oxygen content depends mainly on the content of CaO left
