    考察了酸碱处理多孔钛、碱热处理多孔钛及未改性多孔钛对牛血清白蛋白的等温吸附行为,探讨了多孔钛表面改性对其蛋白质吸附性能的影响。并通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、台阶仪、接触角测量仪等分别考察了3种样品表面形貌、相组成、粗糙度及润湿性等性质。结果表明,表面改性后多孔钛的表面形貌、相组成、粗糙度及润湿性等性质均发生了明显改变,蛋白质吸附性能得到了显著提高。

    Abstract:

    The bovine serum albumin (BSA) adsorption character of pure porous titanium (PPT), acid-alkali treated porous titanium (AAPT) and alkali-heat treated porous titanium (AHPT) was investigated. The effect of surface modification on the protein adsorption behavior of porous titanium was discussed. In addition, the surface properties of the samples, including surface morphology, phase composition, roughness and contact angles, were examined by SEM, XRD, stylus profiler and contact equipment, respectively. Results show that after surface modification all the surface properties of the porous titanium change obviously, and the protein adsorption ability is enhanced evidently.
