    研究了底漏式真空吸铸成形方法制备钛合金小型叶轮铸件的可能性。首先研究了底漏式真空吸铸工艺参数对TA15合金在水平方向的螺旋形型腔内流动性的影响,然后研究了工艺参数对1mm厚薄板铸件在重力方向上充填率的影响,最后采用合理工艺参数成功吸铸出钛合金叶轮,叶轮铸件轮廓完整,棱角清晰。结果表明,气体压力对充型能力有决定性影响,合金液不仅在重力方向具有很强的充型能力,而且在水平方向也能够很好地充填型腔。

    Abstract:

    The possibility of minitype titanium alloy impeller cast preparation by bottom vacuum suction casting was studied. At first, the effects of the processing parameters of bottom pouring vacuum suction casting on the horizontal flowability of TA15 alloy in a spiral mold cavity were investigated; then their effects on the filling ratio in gravity direction of a 1 mm thick plate was researched; finally a TA15 impeller was produced by employing reasonable processing parameters. The impeller cast has an integrated structure and fine edges and corners. Results show that gas pressure has a predominant effect on the filling process. The melt has a good filling ability both in vertical and horizontal direction.
