    以Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe合金为研究对象,选取挤压温度分别为600、620及640 ℃下的成品管坯样品,600 ℃挤压、一次冷轧、二次冷轧后管坯样品,通过SEM观察合金的微观组织,研究第二相粒子的演化过程,并用软件对第二相粒子的尺寸大小进行统计。结果表明,不同挤压条件下合金的第二相都呈弥散分布,第二相粒子的尺寸随挤压温度的升高而变大;在挤压及轧制过程中,第二相尺寸随累积变形量的增加呈减小趋势,第二相粒子由藕节状最终演变为球状

    Abstract:

    Pipes of Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe alloy with the extruding temperature of 600, 620 and 640 oC were prepared by 600 oC extruding, first rolling and second rolling. The microstructure of the alloy was observed by SEM and the evolution of secondary particles and their size statistics were studied. Results show that all the second phases are distributed dispersively under different extruding conditions. The size of secondary particles is increased at higher extruding temperature. During the process of extruding and rolling, the size of the second phase decreases with the increase of processing degree, and the shape of the second phase changes from irregular to globular
