    摘要:

    通过拉伸试验以及XRD,EBSD,TEM实验手段研究了一种生物医用低模量亚稳定b钛合金在冷轧压下量20%~90%变形过程中相结构、晶体取向、力学性能和弹性模量的变化,分析了产生这些变化的原因,提出了具有bcc晶体结构的b钛合金在形变带上形成纳米晶的微观机制以及纳米结构和形变织构共同影响钛合金弹性模量的新观点。

    Abstract:

    The effects of cold rolling reduction 20%~90% on the phase structure, microstructure, crystal orientation, mechanical properties and Young’s modulus of a low modulus biomedical b titanium alloy were investigated by tensile tests and XRD, EBSD and TEM. The changes of the microstructure and mechanical behavior of the deformed titanium alloy were described. The formation of nanocrystallines in the deformation bands of b titanium alloy with BCC crystal structure during cold rolling was analyzed and a new viewpoint that nanostructure and texture jointly influence the Young’s modulus of b titanium alloy was suggested.
