    使用差式扫描量热仪和电子万能试验机,研究了Ni47Ti44Nb9冷拉丝及热拉丝的室温力学性能、相变温度、恢复应变。结果表明,随退火温度升高,Ni47Ti44Nb9冷拉丝、热拉丝的抗拉强度、屈服强度降低,延伸率升高,马氏体相变温度升高,相变热增加;预应变后记忆恢复应变减小,第一次加热的相变温度升高,相变温度间隔增加。适当热机械处理会提高Ni47Ti44Nb9丝材的记忆性能,40%冷拉丝不同温度退火时,记忆恢复应变优于热拉丝

    Abstract:

    Properties of Ni47Ti44Nb9 alloy cold drawn wires and hot drawn wires were studied by means of the differential scanning calorimetry measurement and the tensile test. With increasing annealing temperature, the tensile strength and the yield strength decrease, while the elongation, the martensite transformation temperature and the transformation heat increase. The recovery strain keeps decreasing, and the transformation temperature, the transformation intervals increase with the increment of annealing temperature. Proper heat-mechanical treatment can promote the shape memory effect, and the recovery strain of 40% cold drawn wire is better than that of the hot drawn wires
