    氚钛靶是D-T中子发生器的重要元部件,氚钛靶在存储过程中存在着内部氚衰变并积累氦的过程,氦泡的形成将对氚钛膜的稳定性产生重要影响,因此研究存储数年的氚钛靶的辐照损伤效应对了解氚钛靶的有效使用寿命有重要意义。选择采用扫描电镜、扫描电镜能谱分析和 X射线衍射对氚钛靶表层进行检测发现:束流辐照以后氚钛靶表层元素主要为Mo和少量的Ti,表面不存在任何氚化物的物相结构。结论表明:氚钛靶在长达12年的存储时间内,表层氚化钛有效层存在大量脱落的现象。

    Abstract:

    Tritium titanium target is an important assembly used in a D-T type neutron generator, and the problem is the coexistence of the decayed helium and hydrogen isotope is inevitable in tritium-contained materials, and the stability of the tritium titanium target is influenced by the inner evolution of helium bubbles. It is therefore of essence to study the effect of ion irradiations on the lifetime of tritium titanium targets with a long storage time in a neutron generator. Both surface morphologies, surface element types and surface phase structures were measured for the original or irradiated tritide targets. Results reflected that Mo and Ti were the main elements remained on the irradiated surface, and hardly any trace of Ti or TiTx could be detected on the surface. It finally arrived that after a storage time of nearly 12 years, the main part of the tritide film were striped by inner evolved helium bubbles.
