      采用机械合金化+热压工艺制备了TaCr<sub>2</sub>-xNd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>(x=0, 0.125, 0.25, 0.5和0.75at%),研究了Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>对TaCr<sub>2</sub>合金组织及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>主要存在于Ta固溶体中,对合金的物相和晶型不产生显著影响,合金仍以TaCr<sub>2</sub>相为主,并含有少量富Ta相和Cr固溶体。Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>的添加使得TaCr<sub>2</sub>合金1200℃氧化100h的增重减少(仅为纯合金的47.9 %);使氧化膜呈不连续的多层分布,且Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>促进氧化层物相分层。
Effect of Nd2O3 on Microstructure and Oxidation Behavior of TaCr2 alloys

      TaCr<sub>2</sub>-xNd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> (x=0, 0.125, 0.25, 0.5 and 0.75at%) alloys have been prepared by mechanical alloying + hot pressing. The effects of Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> on the microstructure and oxidation resistance of te TaCr<sub>2</sub> alloy have been investigated. The results show that Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> mainly exists in Ta solid solution, and has no significant effect on the phase components and crystal form of the alloy. The alloys are composed of TaCr<sub>2</sub>, a small amount of Ta-rich phase and Cr solid solution. The addition of Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> reduced the oxidation weight gain of TaCr<sub>2 </sub>alloy at 1200 °C; the oxide film showed a discontinuous multilayer distribution, and Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> promoted the stratification of the oxide phase.
