      本文系统地研究了7050铝合金双级双峰时效微观组织对强度和硬度的影响。 结果表明,7050铝合金的双级时效出现了双峰现象。 第二峰的硬度和强度均略高于第一峰。 透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察表明,第二峰值的硬度和强度的增加是由于一定数量的n相数量的增加引起的。 此外,n相和GP区的共同作用优于GP区单独的效果。
Strengthening Mechanism of Two-Stage Double-Peak Aging in 7050 Aluminum Alloy

      The effects of microstructure evolution on the strength and hardness of 7050 aluminum alloy during the process of two-stage aging were systematically studied in this paper. The results showed that a double-peak phenomenon occurred in the double-stage aging of 7050 aluminum alloy. Both the hardness and strength of the second aging peak were slightly higher than those of the first peak. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observations indicated that the increase of the hardness and strength for the second aging peak was caused by an increase in the number of h¢ phases. Additionally, the synergistic effect of h¢ phase and GP zones was better than the effect of GP zones on its own.
