    摘要:

    为了快速实现突破、掌握大吨位镍基合金转子锻件的制造关键技术并积累关键数据,中国一重开展了700℃超超临界汽轮机转子用大截面镍基合金转子锻件的试制。通过多次镦拔的自由锻造方式完成了直径>?600mm的试制件的制造。经过检测,锻态晶粒度可达4~6级,性能热处理态晶粒度可保持在1~2级,试制锻件室温抗拉强度>1000MPa,屈服强度>600MPa,冲击AKV>45J,700℃抗拉强度>800MPa,屈服强度>500MPa,室温和700℃的延伸率和断面伸缩率均在20%以上,实现了大截面镍基合金锻件的均质化制造。

    Abstract:

    For rapid breakthrough, acquire the key manufacturing technology and accomplish key data accumulation, CFHI had manufactured a large-section Ni-base trial forging for 700 ℃ advanced USC powder plant. We successfully manufactured the rotor trial forging with a diameter of 660mm after several times of upsetting and drawing. Grain size of Ni-base alloy forging was 4-6 class and 1~2 class after heat treatment. The room temperature tensile strength can reach 1000MPa, yield strength can reach 600MPa, the impact energy is beyond 45J at different positions after heat treatment. The tensile strength can reach 800MPa, yield strength can reach 500MPa at 700℃.Tthe plasticity is more than20% at room temperature and 700℃.We realized the homogeneous manufacture of large section nickel base alloy forging.
