    本文制备了Mg-3Gd-2Zn-0.5Zr-xTi(wt.%)( x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5)镁合金,研究了元素Ti添加量对铸态和挤压态Mg-3Gd-2Zn-0.5Zr-xTi合金的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,铸态Mg-3Gd-2Zn-0.5Zr合金由α-Mg基体和在晶界处呈不连续网状、在晶内呈颗粒状分布的W(Mg3Zn3Gd2)相,以及团簇状的Zr颗粒组成。随着元素Ti的添加,α-Mg基体和W相均得到了细化,团簇状的Zr颗粒则呈弥散分布,且元素Ti和Zr颗粒伴生存在;含1.5wt.%Ti元素的铸态合金的晶粒尺寸最小,为49.84μm,其抗拉强度为201.63MPa、屈服强度为102.96MPa,断后延伸率为16.02%。Mg-3Gd-2Zn-0.5Zr-xTi合金经过挤压变形发生了完全再结晶,随着Ti元素的添加,平均晶粒尺寸从4.41μm降至1.98μm,其力学性能也进一步提高;含1.5wt.%Ti元素的挤压态合金经过退火后获得优异的力学性能,其抗拉强度达到322.69MPa,屈服强度为260.78MPa,延伸率为15.17%。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, Mg-3Gd-2Zn-0.5Zr-xTi(wt.%)(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5) alloys were prepared, and the effect of Ti addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast and extruded Mg-3Gd-2Zn-0.5Zr-xTi alloys was investigated. The results indicate that the as-cast Mg-3Gd-2Zn-0.5Zr alloy is composed of α-Mg matrix, W (Mg3Zn3Gd2) phase distributed in a discontinuous network at grain boundaries and a granular distribution within grains, and clustered Zr particles. With the addition of element Ti, α-The Mg matrix and W phase were both refined, while the clustered Zr particles were dispersed, and Ti and Zr particles were coexisting. The average grain size of as-cast alloy with 1.5wt.% Ti element is 49.84μm, whose tensile strength is 201.63MPa, yield strength is 102.96MPa, and elongation after fracture is 16.02%. Mg-3Gd-2Zn-0.5Zr-xTi alloys underwent complete recrystallization after extrusion deformation, and the average grain size of the alloy decreased from 4.41μm with the addition of Ti element dropped to 1.98μm,whose mechanical properties are further improved. The extruded alloy containing 1.5wt.%Ti obtained excellent mechanical properties after annealing, with a tensile strength of 322.69 MPa, a yield strength of 260.78 MPa, and an elongation of 15.17%.
