    摘要:

    本文基于SLM技术制备了不同重熔扫描角度(0°、67°、90°)Inconel 718合金。利用XRD、OM、SEM、EBSD、TEM等测试方法表征了重熔前后沉积态实验合金微观组织及织构演变,结果表明:重熔合金主要由laves相以及少量含Nb,Ti元素的碳氮化物和Al2O3组成。重熔后合金中的鱼鳞状熔池变宽且变浅,合金中柱状晶沿打印方向明显生长且宽度增大,这主要是由于重熔对同一铺粉层下的第一道熔池进行了二次热输入,为柱状晶连续生长提供了驱动力。重熔后合金中择优取向强度明显增加,具有较强的<100>立方织构,随着重熔转角的增大织构强度增加。重熔前后合金中柱状晶均以外延生长方式为主,重熔角度能够诱发同一铺粉层相邻两个熔池交叠区晶粒由随机取向生长向柱状晶外延竞争生长机制转变,且不同重熔转角影响交叠区柱状晶内部取向梯度分布方向。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, Inconel 718 alloys with different remelting scanning angles (0 °, 67 °, 90 °) were prepared based on SLM technology. The microstructure and texture evolution of the as-deposited experimental alloy before and after remelting were characterized by XRD, OM, SEM, EBSD and TEM. The results show that the remelting alloy is mainly composed of laves phase and a small amount of carbonitride and Al2O3 containing Nb and Ti elements. After remelting, the fish-scale molten pool in the alloy becomes wider and shallower, and the columnar crystals in the alloy grow obviously along the printing direction and the width increases. This is mainly due to the secondary heat input of the first molten pool under the same powder layer by remelting, which provides a driving force for the continuous growth of columnar crystals. After remelting, the preferred orientation strength of the alloy increases significantly, and it has a strong cubic texture. As the remelting angle increases, the texture strength increases. The columnar crystals in the alloy before and after remelting are mainly epitaxial growth. The remelting angle can induce the transformation of the grains in the overlapping area of two adjacent molten pools in the same powder layer from random orientation growth to columnar crystal epitaxial competitive growth mechanism, and different remelting angles affect the internal orientation gradient distribution direction of columnar crystals in the overlapping area.
