    采用Ti-10Zr-10Cu-10Ni粉末钎料分别在钎焊温度880℃、保温30min,钎焊温度910℃、保温30min的工艺条件下开展了工业纯钛TA1真空钎焊连接试验,并对两组钎焊接头进行了界面组织与性能分析。试验表明,两组焊接接头微观组织均由TA1/针状α-Ti+共析组织(α-Ti+ (Ti,Zr)2(Cu, Ni))+残余钎料/TA1构成,Cu、Ni元素主要集中在共析组织与残余钎料中,而Zr元素在针状α-Ti、共析组织以及残余钎料中均存在一定程度的分布。两组焊接接头的力学性能差异较大,880℃下的焊接接头的室温拉伸强度约为174MPa,而910℃下的钎焊接头的室温拉伸强度约为491MPa。维氏硬度方面表现为母材到焊缝中心的硬度逐渐增大,910℃下焊缝中心的维氏硬度约为290HV,而880℃下焊缝中心的维氏硬度约为380HV。两种接头的力学差异主要是Zr元素偏聚形成了脆硬的层带状金属间化合物。断口分析结果显示两组接头裂纹均沿着焊缝扩展,880℃下的断口表现出解理断裂特征,910℃呈现韧性断裂模式。

    Abstract:

    Ti-10Zr-10Cu-10Ni powder was used as a brazing filler for vacuum brazing of commercial pure titanium TA1 at 880°C for 30 minutes and 910°C for 30 minutes. Following this, interface microstructure and performance analyses were carried out on two sets of distinct brazed joints. The results showed that the microstructure of the two sets of joints is made up of TA1+acicular α-Ti+eutectoid (α-Ti + (Ti, Zr)2(Cu, Ni) + residual filler. The Zr elements are scattered both in the eutectoid structure, residual filler and acicular α-Ti, while the Cu and Ni elements are mostly distributed in the eutectoid structure and residual filler. The mechanical properties of the two types of brazed joints differ significantly. When exposed to a temperature of 880°C, the brazed joint"s tensile strength at room temperature is around 174MPa. The brazed joint"s room-temperature tensile strength rises to around 491MPa when it is subjected to a temperature of 910°C. The hardness of the material exhibits a progressive rise from the base material to the welding center. At a temperature of 910°C, the greatest recorded hardness is around 290HV, while at 880°C, the maximum hardness reaches 380HV. The mechanical difference between the two joints is mostly caused by the separation of Zr elements, which created a brittle, layered intermetallic compound. Fracture analysis of the specimens reveals that the cracks in both sets of interfaces propagate along the weld seams. The fracture surface at 880°C exhibits cleavage fracture characteristics, while at 910°C it demonstrates a ductile fracture mode.
