    摘要:

    为了研究激光重熔对金刚石/镍基复合涂层组织性能的影响,采用感应加热的方式在Q235表面制备金刚石/镍基复合涂层后进行激光重熔。利用超景深显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、硬度计和磨粒磨损试验机对激光重熔前后涂层的表面形貌、显微组织、元素分布和机械性能进行了分析对比。结果表明,经激光重熔后表面裸露金刚石数量减少,复合涂层表面平均粗糙度由5.58 μm下降至4.88 μm;微观组织中孔洞缺陷数量显著减少,显微组织中的碳化物聚集长大,同时Cr元素在金刚石周围富集层度增加;钎料合金显微硬度与涂层耐磨性能无明显变化。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the effect of laser remelting on the microstructure and properties of diamond/Ni-based composite coatings, diamond/Ni-based composite coatings were prepared on the surface of Q235 by induction heating. The macroscopic morphology, microstructure, elemental distribution and mechanical properties of the coatings before and after remelting were analyzed and compared with those of the laser remelting by using ultra-deep field microscope, laser confocal microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer, hardness tester and abrasive wear tester. The results show that after laser remelting, the average roughness of the surface of the composite coating decreased from 5.58 μm to 4.88 μm. The number of hole defects in the microstructure was significantly reduced, and the carbide aggregates in the microstructure grew up, while the Cr element increased in the enriched layer around the diamond; there was no significant change in the microhardness of the brazing alloy and the abrasion-resistant properties of the coating.
