    摘要:

    为改善钛合金材料的表面耐磨性能,本文选用TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)为基体材料,在Al-12Si钎料中加入质量分数分别为20%与10%的金刚石颗粒和CuTi合金粉,通过氩气保护感应钎焊的方法实现了TC4表面金刚石复合耐磨钎涂层的制备。研究了CuTi合金的粒度、钎涂温度和等温反应时间对复合涂层微观组织与耐磨性能的影响。研究结果表明复合涂层主要由α-Al、Ti(Al1?xSix)3、CuAl2与金刚石颗粒组成,减小CuTi合金粉的粒度、提高钎涂温度均能够促进其与钎料合金的充分反应,随着温度的升高与保温时间的延长,在α-Al与Ti(Al1?xSix)3晶界处存在的CuAl2相逐渐呈弥散分布,提高了钎涂层合金的硬度;但过长时间的保温,会使CuAl2相开始长大,并相互搭接形成粗大网状结构,导致钎涂层合金脆性显著增加,耐磨性能下降。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the surface wear resistance of titanium alloy materials, TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) was selected as the matrix material in this paper. Diamond particles and CuTi alloy powder with mass fractions of 20% and 10% were added to Al-12Si filler metal, respectively. The preparation of diamond composite wear-resistant brazing coating on TC4 surface was achieved by induction brazing under argon protection. The effects of particle size of CuTi alloy, brazing temperature, and isothermal reaction time on the microstructure and wear resistance of composite coatings were studied. The research results indicate that the composite coating is mainly composed of α - Al, Ti (Al1 ? xSix) 3, CuAl2, and diamond particles. Reducing the particle size of CuTi alloy powder and increasing the brazing temperature can promote its full reaction with the brazing alloy. With the increase of temperature and insulation time, the CuAl2 phase existing at the grain boundary between α - Al and Ti (Al1 ? xSix) 3 gradually disperses, improving the hardness of the brazing alloy coating; However, prolonged insulation can cause the CuAl2 phase to start growing and overlap with each other to form a coarse network structure, resulting in a significant increase in brittleness and a decrease in wear resistance of the brazed coating alloy.
