    摘要:

    钛及钛合金由于硬度低、耐磨性差、高温抗氧化性能弱的特点限制了它在复杂环境下的应用。固体粉末渗镀技术可以有效提高钛及其合金的表面硬度、耐磨性以及高温性能。固体粉末渗镀温度、保温时间以及渗剂对渗层的形貌都具有较为明显的影响。碳元素和硼元素的渗入,可以显著提高其表面硬度和耐磨性,而铝元素的渗入可以提高钛合金的高温抗氧化性能,同时增强渗层与基体的结合力。通过调整工艺可以制备多组元的渗层结构,从而获得优异的综合性能。但目前仍存在渗硼层表面疏松、渗层与基体结合力较弱、多元固体粉末渗镀技术有待完善以及渗镀时间长、温度高等问题待解决。

    Abstract:

    Titanium and its alloys exhibit inherent limitations in complex environments due to their low hardness, poor wear resistance, and weak high-temperature oxidation resistance. Solid powder-pack infiltration has emerged as an effective surface modification technique to enhance the surface hardness, wear resistance, and high-temperature performance of Ti-based materials. The morphology and properties of the layer are significantly influenced by process parameters such as temperature, holding time, and infiltrant composition. The incorporation of carbon and boron atoms into the Ti lattice can substantially improve surface hardness and wear resistance, while aluminum infiltration enhances high-temperature oxidation resistance and strengthens the interfacial bonding between the layer and substrate. By optimizing process parameters, multi-component layers can be fabricated to achieve superior comprehensive properties. However, challenges remain, including surface porosity in borided layers, weak adhesion between the layer and substrate, incomplete development of multi-element solid powder-pack infiltration techniques, and the need for prolonged processing times at elevated temperatures. Addressing these issues is crucial for advancing the practical application of infiltration layers on titanium alloys.
