    摘要:

    激光焊接具有变形量小、热影响区窄和焊接效率高等特点,已成为镁合金轻量化装备最具潜力的连接技术之一。然而,激光焊接接头组织中普遍存在多种气孔类缺陷。激光焊接气孔成因复杂,其数量、大小及分布特征都会影响镁合金焊接接头的力学性能,进而影响镁合金轻量化装备的安全应用。本文综述了镁合金激光焊接组织中的气孔形成机理,探讨了气孔对力学性能的影响规律,提出了气孔调控措施及对策,展望了镁合金激光焊接基础研究和应用重点方向,可为汽车和航空航天等领域的镁合金轻量化部件的连接制造技术开发提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Laser beam welding has emerged as one of the most promising connection techniques for lightweight equipment fabricated by magnesium alloys due to the less deformation, narrow heat-affected zone, and excellent welding efficiency. However, a variety of porosity defects are commonly found in the laser welded joints. The causes of laser-welded pores are complicated. And the number, size and distribution characteristics of porosity lead to reduction in mechanical properties of magnesium alloy joints, thus seriously affects the reliable applications of magnesium alloy lightweight equipment. This paper reviews the mechanism of pores formation in the microstructure of laser welding joints of magnesium alloys, discusses the influence of porosity on mechanical properties. The pore manipulation is proposed. The key basic research and applications of LBW-ed magnesium alloys are pointed out. This review may provide valuable insights for the development of joining and manufacturing technology of magnesium alloy lightweight parts in automotive and aerospace fields.
