    钇(Y)的加入能够显著提高GH3535合金的性能,使其在熔盐堆中得到更好的应用。然而,合金铸件在凝固过程中容易发生合金元素偏析,严重影响合金的使用性能。本研究采用扫描电镜、同步辐射衍射等方法,研究了均匀化参数对GH3535-0.08 wt.% Y合金中元素偏析、枝晶组织和析出相演变的影响。此外,在整个实验过程中,特定的均匀化参数保持不变。结果表明,在1150℃下加热10小时是最佳的均匀化条件。在这种条件均匀化处理后,枝晶结构和元素偏析被完全消除。铸态合金中存在的SiC和Y5Si 3相均显著减少。然而,在1188℃时进行均匀化会导致合金内部出现过热缺陷;尽管SiC及Y5Si3也减少,但观察到一些较大的M6C相,这会对后续的锻造工艺产生不利影响。

    Abstract:

    The addition of yttrium (Y) significantly enhances the properties of GH3535 alloy, making the alloy better applied in the molten salt reactors. However, the alloying elements are prone to segregation during the solidification process of alloy casting, which can significantly impair the service performance of the alloy. In this study, the influence of homogenization parameters on element segregation, dendritic structure and the precipitates evolution in the GH3535-0.08 wt.% Y alloy were observed by scanning electron microscopy, synchrotron radiation diffraction and so on. Additionally, specific homogenization parameters were maintained constant throughout the experiments. Results indicate that heat treatment at 1150 °C for 10 hours represents the optimal homogenization condition among those evaluated. Following this optimal treatment, dendrite structures and element segregation are completely eliminated. Furthermore, both SiC and Y5Si3 precipitates present in the as-cast alloy decrease significantly. Conversely, the homogenization at 1188 °C induces overheating defects within the alloy; SiC and Y5Si3 also decrease, but some large M6C phases are observed, which adversely affect subsequent forging processes.
