    Abstract:

    Zr41.2Ti13.8Ni10Cu12.5Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloy was prepared by arc-melting and rapid casting into a copper mould. The rapid viscous flow of the bulk amorphous alloy was studied by the energy storage and the energy fast releasing. It is shown that the rapid viscous flow deformation, forming, welding can be carried out in the supercooled liquid region. And micro gear and same materials jointing is prepared successfully. There is no crystallization phase in the forming part and welding seam area. The tensile strength of the welded seam area is the same as that of the bulk amorphous matrix materials.
