    Abstract:

    Li3V2(PO4)3 is considered as the most promising cathode material for Li-ion batteries because of its high energy density, excellent electrochemical performance and thermal stability. Recent research progress in Li3V2(PO4)3 was reviewed with the focus on the electrochemical performance, micro-structural characteristics, the main preparation methods, modification study and so on. The existing problems in research of the materials were pointed out and the development prospect of the material was forecast.
