    Abstract:

Based on typical FGH97 components, three P/M superalloys were designed by modifying five alloying elements. The results showed that the lattice parameters of γ phases were increased, which enhanced the effect of solid solution strengthening, increased absolute values of γ/γ′ misfit enhanced the effect of coherent strain strengthening. While the precipitation strengthening and grain boundary strengthening were ignorable. The largest contribution to the increment of tensile strength at room temperature was made by solid solution strengthening.
