    Abstract:

Zinc oxide (ZnO) is a typical gas sensitive material. Highly oriented zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticels with rich micromophology were synthesized by controlling the preparation conditions. The results showed that micromophologies of ZnO were under the influence of degree of supersaturation and pressure. The gas sensing properties were studied systematically. It was found that the sensor fabricated by ZnO rows assembled by ZnO nanorods exhibited better sensing responses to test gases.
