Abstract:
A recoverable method for permeability of the titanium filter blocked by carbon particles is investigated. Two groups of the samples with the average blockage degree of 55% and 95%, respectively, are cleaned by supersonics or immersed in K_2Cr_2O_7 lotion. The recoverable permeability of these filter are determined later. The test demonstrates that the blockage degree, treating process, lotion formulation and the treating time all have impacts on the recoverability of permeability of titanium filter. It is shown that the treatment by supersonics has the best result, and the less the blockage by carbon particles, the easier for the recovery of the permeability of titanium filter.
