    Abstract:
    研究了Ti-5Al-2Mo-3Zr合金和ZrO_2增韧陶瓷间结合界面的化学成分分布和组织结构变化。在1500℃和1600℃烧结成的界面中,可明显地分为4个过渡层,大致含Zr量(不计氧含量)分别为:15%,30%,40%,70%。相应的显微组织为:固溶体+第二相、两相组织、包晶共晶组织、多元伪共晶组织。主要的相有:ZrO_2,TiO_2,ZrTiO_4,Al_2TiO_5,MgTi_2O_5等。在钛合金熔点以上的1700℃烧成的界面中,只有两个过渡层:魏氏组织层和亚共晶层。

    Abstract:
    用TEM、金相和X射线衍射研究了Ti_3Al-Nb-Mo-V-Er合金热等静压材料中的显微组织和微相结构。在两相区热等静压,材料主要由较粗大的等轴状的α_2晶粒组成,在α_2相的三叉晶界处有少量β相存在,随着热等静压温度升高,β相区明显增加,不仅在α_2晶界上有β相存在,在一些区域还可观察到等轴状的β相域团。热等静压后的冷却过程中,β相分解生成α+β混合组织;α_2相将有相分离反应出现α_2→α_2+O(斜方相)转变,α_2+O相混合体呈细小的片状排列,分布在α_2晶粒四周的约0.3μm厚的层内。

    Abstract:
    The seguegation in the discs of Ti-17 alloy was studied by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The nonuniform microstructure in the discs has suggested the nonuniformity of the alloy composition. The unusual light point or block found in the disc are segregation, which are rich titanium, rich molybdenum or higher chromium and zirconium. These defects result from VAR process, which relates to the size of titanium sponge and alloying elements before melting.

    从冲击波基本性质出发,推出了在具有正常压缩性((?)~2P/(?)v~2)_s>0)的介质中曲面冲击波马赫反射一般特性和相应关系式。曲面冲击波马赫反射性质与平面冲击波不同,“三波线”轨迹为曲面,马赫波速是变化的。当马赫波达到稳定不变时,“三波线”轨迹成为平面,马赫波速保持定值。在“三波线”轨迹面上,入射波速、反射波速和马赫波速三者相等。由滑移爆轰产生的对称收聚形曲面冲击波所形成的马赫反射波速,“三波线”增长角随马赫波的发展而单调减小,趋于相应最小值——爆速和零。马赫波迅速达到接近稳定的尺寸,大曲率的收聚形

    Abstract:
    用金相、扫描电镜和X射线衍射研究了6种不同Al含量Ti-Al二元合金铸态和退火态的组织结构和相组成的特征和变化。从结晶动力学的观点,分析了合金的结晶凝固过程。采用三点弯曲方法研究了合金的抗弯性能同Al含量的关系。结果表明,Al含量为34 wt%,经1100℃/30 h退火的合金抗弯性能最好,Al含量偏离34wt%,都对合金的力学性能不利。

    介绍了Ti-22钛合金紧固件的冷镦成形和机械性能。重点介绍了冷镦成形的工艺方案、坯料尺寸、模具设计以及质量的影响因素。特别对钛合金冷镦最易发生的头部45°开裂的原因进行了分析。实验表明,介绍的工艺方案比较完善,工序简单,可行性强,能较好地解决Ti-22合金冷镦成形问题,对某些难镦锻材料也有实际参考价值。

    介绍了以硫脲为显色剂测定Ti-Ru-Ni合金中Ru的光度法,对钌和硫脲显色反应的最佳条件进行了试验和选择。结果表明,共存的钛和镍不干扰钌的测定,所制定方法的加料回收率为96%—102%,相对标准偏差为1.5%,测定范围为0.01%—1.00%,且操作简单,准确可靠,稳定性好。

    Abstract:
    Tube voltage volues used to be determined by doing test in X-ray flaw detection of titanium steel welds,which was considered low efficiency and costly. The author has fornd out the relationship of tube voltage value with thickness of samples and transillumination distances under different modes and conditions, and established an empiric formula for calculating tube voltages.The conparasion analysis of calcuated values and experimental values shows that the empiric formula is simple and reliable. The tube voltage calculation equation and related datum,which are suitable for several commonly used X- ray flaw detectors and photographic films at home,are persented in this paper.
