  • 1  Study on Growth and Microstructure of Ti-48at% Al PST Crystals

    Abstract:
    采用磁悬浮区域熔炼的方法制取Ti-48at%Al合金的PST晶体。并对其显微组织进行了金相及TEM的观察与分析。结果表明,PST晶体的生长取决于生长速率。当生长速率小于5mm/h时可获得PST晶体,而当生长速率增至100mm/h时,得到柱状晶晶体。TEM观察的结果表明,在PST晶体的片层组织中存在三种类型的TiAl/TiAl有序畴界,即真孪晶型,伪孪晶型,120°旋转孪晶型界面。

    Abstract:
    采用X射线衍射及TEM技术研究了Ti44Ni47Nb9形状记忆合金的相组成及热诱发马氏体相变。结果表明:该合金室温下由TiNI基体相和β-Nb相组成;当试样温度降低到Ms点以下时,具有B19'单斜结构的热诱发马氏体呈群团状区域式生长,形成由2-3个取向的孪晶微区组成的群团状马氏体;马氏体的亚结构主要为(111)MⅠ型孪晶,同时还有(001)M孪晶和反相畴界。

    Abstract:
    Two issues in coprecipitation route to synthesize Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O Superconductor precursor powder,coprecipitation mode and coprecipitation medium, which are a first priority, are analysized based on thermodynamicprinciples. Experimental demonstration is also carried out. The results show that the opposite-sequence-titration mode,low surface-tension and viscosity medium help to maintain excellent compositional homogeneity and stoichiometry incoprecipitation product.

    Abstract:
    漫渗燃烧合成可分为两个主要过程,即漫渗和燃烧合成。影响漫渗的主要因素是Al对Ti的润湿性,它主要与温度有关。提高温度有利于漫渗。燃烧合成主要存在两次反应,其中生成TiAl3的反应瞬间即可完成,是一剧烈的化学过程,属于非扩散控制;由TiAl3转变成TiAl的过程相应要慢得多,是一个扩散控制。整个反应受二次反应控制,即受扩散控制。

    The fracture toughnesses of nanometer she Zro2 Particles toughening MoSi2 mains compositesmade by hot-pressing have been calculated by the various equations, and the effects of indentatinn loads onK1c values of the composites have been also investigated. It is demonstrated that the K1c values of test material do not abide by the median crack system equation and abide by palmquist crack system equeations. Theindependent fracture toughness from indentation load at room temperature has been observed in this material.

    The undercooling degree above 0.3TI can be steady obtained by the technique of auto-seperating denucleation ofmolten glass for the (Ni0.53 Fe0.33 Co0.14)73B17Si8 Nb2 alloy. The roie of electromagnetic field has been investigated in t hesolidfotion of undercooled melt. The observations and analysis show that electromagnetic field has little effect on theundercooling, but has obvious effect on the nucleation and growth of crystal. The laws of nucleation and crystal groWth in theelectromagnetic field are different from these in solidification.     The regenerated hard metal made from W-Co composite recycled by Co-precipitation has the advantages of fine WC grain sire, high coercive force and high hardness. However, more WC grain defects, higher WC grain contiguity Cwc-we and discontinuously grown WC grains can reduce its strength and toughness.The more exactly controling carbon content of regenerated hard metal than that of normal WC-Co alloy isnecessary to make two-phase WC+y alloy with W-Co composite recycled by Co-precipitation.

    Abstract:
    Various impact toughnesses of TA5 titanium alloy plate at ambient temperature, their relationships each other and the effects of rolling process factors on the relationships are studied. The results show that aKV and aK (transverse) have agood linear relations with aK and aK(vertical) under certain conditions, respectively. AK||l has more sellsitivity to notch. Thelower rolling temperature and the more deformation. the more obivious the texture and the lower the ratioes of aKll / aK andaKV / aKU. The values of aK and aKV / aKU can be improved by means of arranging rolling process suitably.
