    Abstract:
    采用盐类熔剂对大体积Al-4.5wt%Cu合金进行净化处理,研究了熔剂净化对Al-4.5wt%Cu合金过冷及组织的影响。通过大量的实验研究证明:粘性熔剂更能有效地去除合金中的异质核心,使合金获得较大的过冷度;随着过冷度的增大,合金的宏观组织由细小的等轴晶逐渐过渡到粗大的柱状晶,其临界转变过冷度为40℃;二次枝晶间距随过冷度的增大而增大,其转变过冷度为50℃。

    Abstract:
    The effect of the laser surface treatment by different process paramaters on the nodular corrosion of zircaloy-4 plates in different states has been investigated. The results show that the nodular corrosion resistance of zircaloy-4 can be improved remarkably by laser surface treatment. The metallurgical states (stress relieved, recrystallized and cold-worked) before laser treatment for zircaloy-4 has little effect on the nodular corrosion resistance.

    Abstract:
    The microstructure and properties of bars of TiNi shape menory alloy (SMA) prepared by thermal explosive synthesis-hot extrusion have been studied. The experimental results show that the material possesses the properties of the TiNi alloy prepared by the triditional process melting process. It is proved that the way to prepare profiles by thermal explosive synthesis-hot extrusion is possible.

    Methods for improving toughness in both inert and aggressive environments are discussed. Techniques described include crystal structure modification, microalloying, control of grain size or shape, reinforcement by ductile fibers or particles, and control of substructure. Meanwhile, the limitation of each of techniques above are also described.

    Abstract:
    Ta-10W、Ta-12W、Ta-13W和Ta-15W4种Ta-W二元合金经电子束熔炼,最终轧制成7.0mm和1.0mm厚的板材,并经再结晶热处理。室温力学性能试验表明,合金强度和硬度随W含量增加线性增长,合金延性随W含量增加下降不显著,意味着几种高W含量的Ta-W合金既有高强度,又有良好的塑性。合金强度与硬度之间亦有线性关系,遵从bcc金属的绝热固溶强化模型,但高W含量合金的实测硬度低于模型计算硬度值,说明合金仍可进行冷加工。在同样条件下,几种合金同纯Ta相比有均匀的显微组织,保证了合金有良好的韧性。对

    Abstract:
    A series of PMP-processed YBCO superconductors with different oxygen content and T c between 27.4-92.4K have been prepared by quenching from high temperatures. The studies of magnetic hysteresis and irrversibility line of these samples reveal that the magnetic flux pinning force decreases with the increase of oxygen deficiency.

    Abstract:
    The indexing of single crystal SADP of titanium shows that present methods, including standard map and table and computer program, only could correctly indexed a part of SADPs of h.c.p. structure. A computer program has been made according to diffraction condition of h.c.p. structure and law of double diffraction. And all of SADPs of h.c.p. structure could be indexed correctly with the program.

    借助SEM及EDAX、AES对某些TC11钛合金棒材机械性能差的原因进行了研究。。结果表明材料延伸率、断面收缩率及冲击值低,显微硬度值高的拉伸和冲击断口上都呈现脆性解理断裂的断裂源,源区显微组织为条状α及空洞,且氧铝偏高。氧铝偏高造成α+β→β相变温度和再结晶温度升高,使加工变形中形成的条状α在随后的热处理中得不到改变,并导致拉伸、冲击时的脆性断裂

    Abstract:
    The effects of radial temperature gradient on the macrostructure and properties of MTG bulk YBCO superconductor have been investigated. The results indicate that a positive radial temperature gradient is favourable for depressing the nucleation number of YBCO bulk superconductors during the MTG process. Samples fabricated in this way is composed of a few large fan-shaped YBCO Superconducting crystal domains, and its magnetic levitation force is higher. On the contrary, a negative radial temperature gradient is favourable for randomly nucleation, and produces a sample with many small crystal domains randomly oriented. The magnetic levitation force of the sample is lower.

    研究了8#新锆合金的组织与耐蚀性能。在高压釜中进行了360,400℃和500℃的腐蚀试验。腐蚀结果表明,8#合金的抗均匀腐蚀性能和抗疖状腐蚀性能均优于Zr-4合金。在400℃、10.3MPa水蒸汽中腐蚀168天时,8#合金的增重为Zr-4合金的80%左右。500℃腐蚀200h后,8#合金仍未出现疖状腐蚀。TEM观察表明,α-Zr晶内及晶界上存在着许多Zr(FeCr)2的第二相粒子,其结构为六方结构
