    研究了氢对典型组织的钛合金相变及高温热塑性的影响,结果表明:加氢可以显著降低α单相及(α+β)双相组织钛合金的α/β相转变温度,从而可明显增加钛合金在给定温度下显微组织中塑性β相的相对含量,有效提高钛合金的高温热塑性。从而提出了通过对基体加氢来实现降低钛基复合材料制备温度的思路,并在实验上实现了在低于正常制备温度50℃下完成SiC连续纤维增强Ti-1100基和Ti-6Al-4V基复合材料的热扩散连

    Based on solidification analysis in which mechanical properties of quasi-solid alloy and compensation of liquid alloy in dendritic boundries are considered, solidification process of alloy is divided to four stages, which are quasi-liquid stage, compensated stage, uncompensated stage and dendritic bridging stage Hot tearing happened in uncompensated stage In order to investigate hot tearing process, SEMA was carried out for hot cracks in directionally solidified Al-Cu and Renel25 alloys Dendritic bridges were discovered in those cracks And tracks caused by dendritic bridges broken were also discovered in crack sections Therefore, hot tearing is proved to be caused by dendritic bridge breaking and developed through cavities between bridges joining together

    根据工况的需求研究了魏氏组Ti-31合金的低周疲劳性能。结果表明,在循环载荷下,Ti-31合金表现出很好的循环稳定性,但它是循环软化材料。其裂纹萌生于α与β相界和α板条内,裂纹扩展区内有大量二次裂纹生成。同时还回归出Ti-31合金的低周疲劳寿命公式,并指出其过渡寿命NT为556次。比较了具有相同显微魏氏组织的Ti-31合金与IMI829钛合金的低周疲劳性能,二者性能相当。

    The effect of the homogenization treatment with an electric field on the microstructure of 2091 Al-Li alloy is investigated The results show that the homogenization treatment with an strong electric field promotes the homogenization of Al-Li alloy, increases the solubility of alloying element,induces the homogeneous nucleation of T 1 phase and results in the increasingyield strength In the same time, the strain ageing treatment after the combinedhomogenization treatment increases significently the mechanical properties of 2091 Al-Li alloy because of the uniform and fine second phase precipitation

    研究了以TiC颗粒增强的钛基复合材料的氧化特性。指出TiC增强的钛基复合材料在650℃以上高温有着其它耐热钛合金不可比拟的高温抗氧化性能;TiC/Ti的反应界面层有利于氧原子的扩散,使复合材料在650℃以下的氧化初期氧化速度较快;但在650℃以下经长时间保温,其氧化特性和其它耐热钛合金相似。

    研究了BNi-2钎焊条真空吸铸原理,并由试验得出:当BNi-2合金加热到1500℃,真空控制阀门开口为φ6mm以上,真空度50kPa,铸型预热温度500℃,并用φ内2mm×500mm石英管进行真空吸铸时,吸铸高度可达到40cm以上。

    研究了一种磷酸盐体系绿色稀土荧光粉,它们的化合式为(La1-a-bTbaCeb)2O3·xP2O5·yB2O3,其中a〉0,b〉0,0.1≤a+b≤0.8,0.50≤x≤1.30,0.01≤y≤0.30。La,Tb,Ce的组分及磷硼化合物含量的变化对粉的发光亮度有明显影响。对高温固相反应和还原条件的研究表明:在含碳气氛下,于1100℃ ̄1200℃灼烧是适宜的。

    The variations of microhardness with the composition, heat treatment and structure have been studied by measuring microhardness and analyzing X-ray diffraction spectrum for electroless plating Fe-W-B crystallization and Fe-Mo-B amorphous alloys The results show that the microhardness of two alloy systems increases with increasing metalloid B contents, which is opposite to the electronic concentration The microhardness of Fe-W-B deposit has the peak value with increasing annealing temperature,which concerns with the phase type and number of crystallizable separation out

    Abstract:
    The effects of the rare earths in steels on the plasma nitriding, plasma sulphur-carbonitriding and gas carburising have been studied. An atomistic model based on electron affinities is proposed for the catalytic effect of the rare earths. It is pointed out that the rare earths accelerate the diffusion of carbon and nitrogen atoms, and the formation of nitride, carbide and carbonitride through direct and indirect actions. Therefore, the rare earths in steels have a significant catalytic effect during those treatments, and make the treated cases harder.
