    Abstract:

The permanent bulk magnets of Nd10.5Dy0.5Fe76.9Nb1Co5B6.1 were prepared by the process of field-activated sintering in this paper. The microstructure was discussed by XRD, SEM and so on. The results show that the optimal magnetic properties of Nd10.5Dy0.5Fe76.9Nb1Co5B6.1 (Br=0.6498 T, Hcj=714 kA/m, (BH)max=63 kJ/m3) magnets have been obtained while treated at 823 K for 300 s by field-activated sintering. The compressive strength increases as the increase of sintering temperature.
