    Abstract:

    The effects of process parameters, such as deformation temperature, strain, strain rate and cooling condition on structure parameters (b grain size D, a-colony size d, a-lamina thickness b), and the relationship between lamella structure parameters and mechanical properties were investigated during b field hot deformation for TA15 titanium alloy. A quantitative relationship between structure parameters and mechanical properties was presented by multi-element regress analysis, and the mechanical properties could be predict by using above mentioned relationship.
