    Abstract:

    With TLM titanium alloy as the anodization substrate, the preparation parameters for TiO2 nanoporous films were determined by changing anodization potential and phase structure of titanium alloys. Through the condition experiment, it is found that the TiO2 nanoporous film with alloy element doping can be prepared on the surface of the TLM alloy with aging treatment
