    Abstract:

Ni47Ti44Nb9 alloy plate texture has important influence on the shape memory property, so it is necessary to control the texture. The different rolling direction textures of the forged plate, the hot-rolled and the cold-rolled plates were investigated. Results show that the texture of the forged plate center presents a typical γ-fiber with a peak at {111}<112>. The textures of the plate hot-rolled along rolling direction(RD), cross direction(CD) and transverse direction(TD) mainly consist of three fiber types: {114}, {223}, {332} (or{221}), among them {332} has the strongest orientation density, and γ-fibre does not appear. The strongest textures of the plate hot-rolled along RD, CD and TD, are respectively {221}<110>, {332}<113> and {332}<023>, respectively. The secondary cold-rolled plate along RD, 0o, 45o and 90o to RD, has approximately the strongest {332}<110> texture. The secondary cold-rolling texture of 90°to RD has the highest orientation density, and the γ-fibre is significantly strengthened
