    Abstract:

    In this study, three kinds of FeCrAl fibers with different pore size were prepared by design, fabrication, sintering and repression. The pore size, resistance and capacity were tested,The results show that the initial resistance and efficiency is reduced, capacity is increased with the increase of pore size. The pulse cleaning of fibers were tested reference VDI3926 standard at different face velocity and cleaning pressure. The result indicates sample 3 with 22μm fiber diameter have the longest cleaning lifespan. The four stages of the standard VDI3926 were completed in the face velocity of 0.06m / s, the dust concentration of 2g/m3 and cleaning pressure is 3500KPa.The sample increment weighing reached 12.31g, the average efficiency was as high as 98.5% and consumed time 3h after 30 times artificial aging. The fiber with 22μm diameter shows the longest lifespan.
