Abstract:
      The influence of frequency, amplitude and intermittent vibration modes of ultrasonic vibration on the stress and strain, yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of TC1 titanium alloy sheet is studied by ultrasonic vibration assisted tensile test. The influence of ultrasonic vibration parameters on the microstructure, fracture morphology and vickers hardness of TC1 sheet is studied by analyzing the microstructure and properties of tensile specimen. The results show that superimposed a certain frequency and amplitude of the ultrasonic vibration can significantly reduce the material yield strength and tensile strength in the TC1 titanium alloy sheet tensile process. The elongation of the material can be greatly improved under certain technological parameters, and the effect on the microstructure and properties of TC1 sheet is less.
