    Abstract:

    The (Zr0.55Cu0.3Al0.1Ni0.05)98Er2 amorphous alloy bars with diameter of 6 mm were prepared by copper mold suction casting method. The effects of isothermal temperature and time on the thermal stability in supercooled liquid region were investigated, and the crystallization kinetics behavior was studied by continuous heating and isothermal heating.The results show that with the increase of isothermal heat treatment temperature, the isothermal heat treatment time of (Zr0.55Cu0.3Al0.1Ni0.05)98Er2 amorphous alloy is shorter; According to Kissinger equation, the activation energy Ex of the amorphous alloy is 337.39 kJ/mol; The experimental data obtained by the two methods are very close, which can be proved by each other.
