    Abstract:

    The cadmium selenide nanoparticles with a narrow size distribution diameter ranging from 20 to 25 nm were synthesized by a solution chemical route. The growth process of the cadmium selenide nanoparticles is discussed. And the key factors that influence the diameter distribution of the cadmium selenide nanoparticles are revealed.
